The new Wi-Fi 6 chip, manufactured using a 4-nm process, delivers remarkable power and impressive efficiency. This enables seamless online gaming streams, multiple 4K live feeds, and responsive performance. Equipped with Wi-Fi 6, the WR3000 boasts the highest 160 MHz bandwidth and 1024-QAM, reaching up to 3 Gbps speeds – more than 2.5 times faster than the previous-generation AC 2x2 WiFi router.

Beamforming technology detects the direction of connected devices and focuses the signal towards them, improving coverage. The upgraded Wi-Fi 6 standard features downlink and uplink MU-MIMO and OFDMA, providing up to 8 times (2.4 GHz) to 16 times (5 GHz) greater network capacity for more responsive performance, even under heavy use.

The Router Mode allows you to share your internet access from a DSL or cable modem with multiple users. The Wi-Fi Extender (repeater) mode extends your Wi-Fi coverage to hard-to-reach areas, while the Wireless AP mode transfers wired connections into wireless, typically behind a router without a DHCP server. The WISP mode extends Wi-Fi while creating a subnet for connected devices, providing a safer alternative to extender mode.

The WR3000 also offers advanced features, including a VPN server and client for secure remote access, DNS encryption to protect your browsing history, and support for Cudy Mesh for seamless whole-home roaming.
